    We are unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve been submitted.

    Orders usually process within 1-2 days. Orders received after 12pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed Monday morning.

    Orders received on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

    US Ground Shipping (4-6 Business Days): $8.95 or FREE with $75 purchase

    US Express Shipping(2-3 Business Days): $12.95

    We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes. If you are interested in shipping to an address outside of the 48 contiguous United States or Canada, please reach out to us.

    Claims related to damaged or missing shipments must be filed within the first 30 days of receipt to be considered. We cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged products if we are not notified within this time period. Contact our support team at support@ikonicstyle.com, and we will file a claim on the lost order and process a reship.

    We offer 5 years warranty on all hot styling tools! This does not include accessories and brushes.

    iKonic Manufacture warrantyThis warranty covers heat element issues, shortage, buttons stuck/not working.

    This warranty doesn’t apply to irons showing negligence, tampering, false repair, physical damage, broken ceramic plates, or to parts that are not faulty (see terms and conditions).

    For customers who purchased their iKonic Precision Styling Tools at an Authorized Retailer and are experiencing manufacturing defects please return your iKonic Precision Styling Tools to the place of purchase.

    All Products purchased through our online store are still covered under manufacturer warranty, customer will be responsible for a $29.99 shipping and handling fee.
